Internship Opportunities
Students enrolled in the CNT Program are eligible for internship opportunities in a variety of ways. These are often determined by the type of financial aid available to qualifying students. Students should inquire directly to their instructor in order to determine the availability of internships and wokstudy opportunities.
First, those students who are awarded finincial aid that inludes a workstudy component to their funding source, may apply for internship and workstudy opportunities with the Renton Technical College, IT Department. Students can also pursue other available opportunities that are available from other programs offered throughout the college.
The next type of internship or workstudy role is one where students work directly for an assigned instructor during the quarter in which they are enrolled. These opportunities are determined by internal funding of the program of interest.
